Our Online Students
Welcome to NWF Online Campus!
We are glad that you have chosen online or hybrid courses at Northwest Florida State College. Enjoy the view of one of our beaches and enjoy our website area devoted to you - our current students! Use the left menu to navigate through the variety of assistance we have prepared for your success.
Most new students should take time to go through the Online Campus Orientation to be prepared for the first day of class. The orientation will help you with getting started such as logging into D2L Brightspace which is our Learning Management System and finding your courses. The orientation will review several of the tools used within D2L by our faculty and assist you with finding critical pieces of information such as the course syllabus. That orientation will likely take less than an hour to review.
Students request assistance from NWF Online Campus/Learning Technologies in a variety of ways. Review our D2L-FAQ area devoted to the list of questions that students ask on a regular basis. The Student Request for Technical Assistance form is the best way to reach our NWF Online Campus/Learning Technologies team. Also, feel free to call us at 850- 729-6464 or E-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Information about Student Resources available to you is also be found in this area of the NWF Online Campus website.
Faculty D2L courses will become available the first day of classes for the term. Note dates of importance such as the first day of class in the Academic Calendar.
Please plan to sign up for additional courses! There are Full Term courses, Term A (the first half of the term) and Term B (the second half of the term) courses and before you know it, the list of courses for next semester will be available too!
Have a great online experience!
We value our students and want you to be successful. Please let us know if you have additional questions that could be answered within this website. We want this website to be helpful for our students' success. Send suggestions.
